Consulting made simple. Our process has been refined over the last two decades to provide a frictionless experience.
Discovery
During the discovery phase, we sit down with key stakeholders and review the project scope and resource needs. This can be done in-person or via video conference. We can facilitate an MNDA signing in advance of our conversation.
Discovery is always free of charge without any commitment required. Our only requirement is that we are given access to your key stakeholders.
If both parties feel like it’s a good fit, we move on to the proposal phase.
Proposal
Once we have a full understanding of your requirements, we will provide you with a proposal deck detailing our solution, resource plan and costs.
The proposal will outline our approach to your specific business needs. It will also provide you with information about HCG and examples of our previous work.
Once you have reviewed and accepted our proposal, contracting will take place. This usually will include an MSA and SOW.
Kickoff
With any new engagement, the kickoff sets the foundation for what we hope will be an ongoing relationship. During the kickoff call or meeting, stakeholders on both sides will be given the opportunity to share information in a collaborative manner.
A detailed project plan will be discussed, making sure all parties understand the objectives of the engagement.
A technical plan will be crafted to outline the technical approach for the project.
Ongoing engagement
Throughout the lifecycle of the engagement, numerous checkpoints will be put in place to make sure objectives are being met and that all parties are happy with the work.
Weekly or monthly reviews will provide an opportunity to highlight the work that has been accomplished and outline the work that will be done moving forward.
We use Jira for the project management of any engagement that includes development work. We can also work within your project management platform.
